Heading up a growing team of Statisticians located in India and acting as a client liaison for all deliverables, you'll serve as the key person in the exchange of information from offshore to onshore. As you organize and participate in projects, maintain timelines, and prepare documents for submissions you'll also provide technical training and assure the compliance of good statistical practices.  You'll handle and review statistical projects, mentor and train statistician and develop and handle clients.
 
The ideal candidate is someone who is familiar with the both the big pharma and the CRO worlds. Someone who understands timelines and deliverables but enjoys the "people" part of things: mentoring junior staff and interacting with clients. A PhD in Statistics is preferred, but an experienced MS will be considered as well. Company is pre-IPO and compensation package includes base, bonus and equity.
