Director of Product Service and Support

Job Description

As a Director of Product Service and Support at Centice, you will be responsible for the overall pre and post implementation customer experience for all Centice customers. This position manages P&L of the product support call center, services contracts, fee for service and warranty support for all Centice products installed at our customer sites.  This position is responsible for the development and improvement of people, processes and service offerings that continually reduce the cost to service the customer base while improving both responsiveness and customer satisfaction.



Candidate qualifications include:7-10 years related experience in product services for pharmacy or healthcare IT, medical device, or other technology products/services business is required.Management experience in a technical and regulated environment is required.Bachelor's degree in a business, management, or technicaldiscipline required (or equivalent combination of education and experience).Authoritative knowledge of product service operations and technical call center best practices and processes.Some sales experience is preferred.  Ability to travel to customer sites and trade shows is required (estimated 20% or less).
