Main responsibilities will be in the designing, evaluation and recommendation of improvements to organizational infrastructures and leading initiaitves that result in measurable improvements to acheive specific business objectives. The successful candidate will manage the efforts of the Corporate Human Resources group in the areas outlined below. Implementation of Workforce Planning, Succession Planning and High Potential Management programs. Talent Acquisition, Immigration & Relocation Performance Managment, Training & Development and Organizational Development.
