We invite applications for a position which covers the Upstate, NY district.The District Sales Manager will be responsible for the development strategies/tactics to optimize customer driven market opportunities. Cultivate strong relationships with physician leaders to develop new business opportunities.QualificationsThe District Manager position requires a demonstrated track record of success building effective teams and meeting/exceeding regional goals. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry, sales, and/or home office assignments, and educational credentials may be considered in determining if candidates have demonstrated the skills and aptitude to perform the responsibilities of the position.A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business related discipline) 3 or more years of pharmaceutical sales experience and at least two years of pharmaceutical sales management experience.Schering-Plough is an equal opportunity employer.
