Yoh Scientific has an opportunity for a Document Control Administrator - I to join our customer in West Point, PA.

Responsibilities: 
• The primary responsibility will be to use a document editing and management system to revised master production documents for GMP pharmaceutical and vaccine manufacturing.
• Refers to master lists of changes to be made, replaces existing text with new terminology (e.g. numbers and names of material input, changes in format), and tracks multiple changes within the batch record.
• Coordinates batch record review and approval with designated representatives from various site departments according to procedure and prioritization/mitigation schedule to ensure availability for use.
• Other job responsibilities may include: collection and maintenance of data; data entry into databases/spreadsheets; revision of other documentation.    
 
Qualifications:
Required:
• Candidate must have excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced computer and word processing (MS Word) skills.
• Effective organization skills.
• Good communication skills (oral and written).
• Good follow-up skills.
• Quick to learn and apply new software (training is provided for custom software).

Desired:
• Technical writing, experience with document management systems (DocCompliance, MIDAS).
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Experience with master production document (a.k.a. master batch records, master batch sheets).
