Dynamic Surgical Sales Representative

Next Generation BIOTECHNOLOGY Company with innovative surgical products is looking for a motivated surgical sales representative with contacts and proven skills. This is a fast growing company looking to develop key growth regions (Chicagoland) with high potential for sales into six figure compensation.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Developing Relationships with Physicians, Nurses and Hospital personnel by phone and in person to obtain new accounts and maintain existing accounts. Professionally educate physicians on product applications and surgical techniques Attend surgeries and support surgical staff during procedures. Maintain communication with inside sales staff. Attend national and regional industry trade shows Assist in the development of regional training courses for territory surgeons Manage all of the above to grow territory beyond established sales quotaJob Requirements: 4 year degree. At least 5 years outside opthalmic and/or operating room selling experience. Surgical-related contacts in hospitals, surgical centers and teaching university centers. Self starter mentality. Strong work ethic and discipline. Enthusiasm and persistence. Drive and determination to beat sales quota. Prefer someone with STRONG HEALTHCARE background in the Chicagoland area with Opthalmologist/Optometry contacts and surgical selling experience.
