Engagement Designer (Healthcare) - (Job Number: 0801487) DescriptionJohnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Engagement Designer, located in Manhattan, NY. Some of the responsibilities that the Engagement Designer will get involved with include: Collaborate with brands and agencies. Assist brands in deepening knowledge of all new and evolving media connection models and opportunities. Identify models and explore prospects to apply best practices of media channels for Healthcare products. Share responsibility externally for flawless execution of deliverables. Build strong relationships with media/connection partners on sales and marketing divisions. Develop experiences that engage the consumer, can be clearly articulated, and have measurable results. Proactively analyze business and capitalize on industry/consumer trends, new technology, and promotional opportunities. Offer collective strategic direction for cross-connection teams. Leadership and Team Management. Manage and contribute to professional growth and development of teammates and facilitate shared learning. Ensure execution of best practices. Direct, motivate and inspire others. Control workflow, delegate tasks, offer direction and suggestions. Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 7 years in advertising agency in media, account management, media events, event design, PR, and/or sponsorship company required. Experience working with research and developing differentiating insights and actions. Experience working with media companies' sales and marketing department. Experience managing high level of detail in many disciplines. Experience working with content creation, branded entertainment, and/or new video delivery models preferred. Job requirements include: Ability to create connection and experience strategies across a variety of disciplines, understanding of media/communications planning, CRM, direct marketing and integrated communications. Solid qualitative and quantitative analytical skills. Ability to create communication plans that deliver maximum value. Adept at balancing brands, agencies, and connection partners to increase number of connection points, to infuse customer and brand insights, and to optimize experience, design, and success measures. Well versed in all touch-points and able to identify required experts to oversee experiences for actionable initiatives. Experience working with the Healthcare products preferred. Apply Now
