Position Description:

Qualifications:

The Engineering Manager leads and manages the Process Engineering and Facilities Engineering / Maintenance activities. This department has two direct reports. The Manager carries engineering responsibilities. The ideal candidate has the desire and capability to grow into Plant Management.COMPETENCIES: •A Bachelor of Science Degree or higher in Engineering•Engineering Management or Supervisory experience with 5-10 years leadership experience in manufacturing•Six Sigma certified Green Belt or willing to embrace Six Sigma and Green Belt certification•Injection molding and extrusion experience preferred•Ability to assure equipment, processes and employees are safe•Demonstrated ability to work in an ISO organization•Experience in capital projects varying in size and scope•Proficient in AutoCAD, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint•Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills•Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities•Sincere Team Player•Must be capable of producing process and assembly equipment and competent to manipulate same to provide robust capability•Designs and uses MOC, IPs, OPs and QPs •Thorough knowledge of PLCs and related equipment controls desired•Experience in Facilities Engineering and MaintenanceTO APPLY: For immediate consideration, please apply below.
