Executive Assistant Part time

Executive Assistant needed ASAP. This is a part time position, 20 hours a week, with the ability to work from home 95% of the time.

This is a support position for a retired CEO. This CEO is on several boards and goes to several charity events and also is a speaker on a regular basis. He travels quite a bit and needs an executive assistant to support him. He needs calendaring, proofing of documents, presentations, and interaction with his many boards. He needs someone with significant experience with travel arrangements and will need someone to help schedule some personal tasks as well (i.e. dentist appointments etc). He wants a polished professional with 8 years of administrative experience and superior attention to detail. There will be times where this individual needs to drive to the Emeryville area, but the position is mostly a work from home position. This is a one-year temporary position. Pay is DOE up to $40 an hour.
