Smith Hanley Associates, a highly successful executive search firm, is currently seeking a recruiter to join our New York City office.

 

As a recruiter you will contact, interview, and assess professional qualifications of candidates. 

You will also work directly with clients to determine their hiring needs and to fill their open positions.  This includes developing and maintaining long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, negotiating terms of hiring.  Some traveling to conferences and client sites.

 

If you are committed to working hard, self-motivated, and have a genuine interest in people and good organizational skills, this is a terrific opportunity for you. 

 

BA is necessary, MA in the liberal arts or social services is a MAJOR plus. Previous recruiting or sales experience is a preferred, but we will train.
