FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER - Sacramento

TerritoryThe ideal candidate will live in the Bay or East Bay area or Oakland to cover northern CA

  (40%) with 70% of activity being between Bay area and Sacremento.



Travel 50%, some overnight travel

 

Qualifications2 year Associate degree in Electronics and/or military experience in electronics

Field service work, preferably in the medical field

Ability to collect info., identify and diagnose problems

  Self-starter who can prioritize business needs to meet customer satisfaction

  Basic networking or IT systems upgrade experience

  CompTIA A+ and/or Net+ Certification preferred

  On-call required (alternating weekends); available for customer support periodically after hours

 



 Responsibilities  Install, maintain and repair medical instrumentation within an assigned territory

Maintain positive customer relationships

Prioritizes time to meet the service needs of the customers

  Follows all compliance quality standards on equipment repairs and training

  Completes administrative paperwork and Service Work Orders in a timely manner

  Accountable for service parts inventory, safe operation of company vehicle
