Facilitators/Trainers

CARA's Fortune 100 client is seeking experienced trainers to facilitate a 4-hour ILT course related to their CAPA Rubric.  This curriculum will provide investigators knowledge and updates on the client's criteria used to maintain their "Corrective Action/Preventative Action" Rubric Certification Program.

This position requires a minimum of 50% domestic travel in order to reach the nationwide audience of 3,300 CAPA investigators.

Qualified Candidates should possess:Strong facilitation and training delivery backgroundExcellent written and oral communication skillsPrevious experience delivering process trainingAbility to establish and effective relationship with learnersVersatile, dynamic and polished speaker

Duration: 1 year

CARA's Fortune 100 client is seeking 10-12 trainers to teach product skills to new end users.  These trainers will take part in a train-the-trainer session and then travel coast to coast to deliver the training to our client's nationwide audience.

Successful candidates will be true road warriors.
