ON-SITE INTERVIEWS week of April 14th!As a Field Service Specialist you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of Dako systems and products in clinical laboratories located in hospitals, reference centers, cancer centers, and research institutions.  You will utilize technical knowledge of Dako systems and assays to resolve issues and ensure complete customer satisfaction.   Some essential functions include responding to internal and external customer needs by diagnosing, repairing, and installing Dako systems.  Ensuring customer satisfaction through the completion of all routine maintenance, standard system checks, and required hardware and software upgrades supporting our primary instruments,  the Autostainer Plus Instruments, Autostainer Instruments, and Artisan Instruments.  The Field Service Specialist will maintain Dako's customer service reputation by complying with all corporate policies and procedures, ISO 9000, GMP and safety SOP's.  The candidate will be supporting well established, long term Dako customers.  The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, very good troubleshooting skills to include fluidics, robotics, and electronics, strong computer/connectivity experience, and outstanding work ethics.   Candidates will be responsible for a territory located primarily in the state of Massachusetts, but will also support and travel to ME, RI, VT, & NH.  In this position, you will travel  80% of the time, and required overnight travel of approximately 2-3 nights per month.  INTERVIEWS WILL BE HELD WEEK OF April 14th  BY INVITATION ONLY.
