We are currently recruiting for the following Department:

Responsibilities:

Finance Associate 2 - Payroll will support the Finance Department in accurate and timely multi-state payroll processing in accordance with Company policy and procedure maintaining a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.  It verifies and processes time entry from electronic time card system, reviewing for accuracy and proper approval; processes paychecks and payment of taxes and benefits; prepares all withholding submissions including federal, local, FICA and other required reports; prepares yearly W-2s and 1099s; prepares payroll-related journal entries and reconciles all payroll-related general ledger accounts; resolves payroll discrepancies; and interacts and responds to employee inquiries.

Qualifications:
This position requires a BA / BS and 2 years relevant experience; or HS / GED and 4 years relevant experience; basic Microsoft office skills including Excel and Word; and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Additionally, having the ability to work extended hours beyond normal work schedule which includes, but is not limited to, evenings, weekends, extended shifts and/or extra shifts, sometimes on short notice; and having the ability to work under specific time restraints is expected.
