Ethicon Women's Health and Urology is dedicated to providing innovative, minimally invasive treatments for common urologic and women's health conditions. The division offers solutions for enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia); female stress urinary incontinence; pelvic floor repair; post-surgical adhesions; heavy periods (menorrhagia); and benign uterine conditions, such as fibroids and polyps.The Territory Assistant position at ETHICON is an excellent opportunity to learn the Ethicon Women's Health and Urology product line and sales process from seasoned sales professionals in the field. As a Territory Assistant, you will support a region by aiding in the expansion of sales of ETHICON's minimally invasive women's health procedures and to convert competitive products in a manner that is commensurate with company policy and sales direction. In this role, the Territory Assistant will be trained to understand and demonstrate proper surgical use of our products to physicians. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to handle customer product questions and objections in a way that is consistent with sales training methodology. Additionally, you will be expected to execute the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical and persuasive and which leads the customer to action. Must be willing to work in an Operating Room environment. Candidates must have a valid driver's license in one of the 50 states and clean driving record. A current method of effectively targeting accounts and achieving results through a daily action plan is preferred.
