This is a temp-to-hire position.Job Discription: - Answer general phone (low volume, about 20 calls a day)- Greet visitors- Open and distribute mail- Bank deposits- Federal Express for entire company-Organize and maintain kitchen-Order, receive, and distribute office supplies- Facilities-key cards, building maintenance issues, communications with landlord'- All filing: AP, contracts, stock administration- Stuff envelopes with AP checks (verify vendor addresses)- Assist with investor mailings- Log incoming cash and checks- Back up and support HR, R&D administration, Accounting & Purchasing- Maintain neat and professional front office Skills:- Comfortable with computer systems- Comfortable with Word and Excel-Ability to follow verbal and written instructions- Good grammar and communications- Ability to take responsibility for function with little supervision -Flexible and professional If you are interested in this postion please email your resume to yvette@ultimatestaffing.com .
