ETHICON, Inc. develops and markets products within three divisions: Ethicon Products for wound closure and tissue repair; Johnson & Johnson Wound Management with biosurgical technologies to manage intra-operative bleeding and postoperative leaking, as well as advanced wound care products; and Ethicon Women's Health & Urology with minimally invasive gynecological and urological solutions in stress urinary incontinence, pelvic floor repair and uterine disorders. The Hernia Solutions Representative position offers the candidate an exciting opportunity to make an impact on patient's lives! The hernia solutions sales representative will be assigned a sales territory focusing on the expansion of ETHICON's growing product family of Surgical mesh for Hernia repair. In this role, the Hernia Solutions Representative will be trained to understand and demonstrate proper use of our products to clinicians. This position requires the ability to handle customer questions and objections in a way that is consistent with product indications and sales training methodology. You will be responsible for developing and recommending specific sales plans as per strategic direction of the organization. The representative will give technical and professional support and do promotion of products. The sales representative will produce reports of sales, calls, visits, and achievements in the territory. This position has budget accountability. Additionally, you will be expected to execute the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical, and which leads the customer to action. Experience in product sales to a highly educated / high profile customer base. Ability to target accounts and achieve results through a daily action plan. Ability to travel as necessary or required, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel.
