The Senior Product Director, Global Brand Management will be responsible for optimizing market share, market growth, and profitability of assigned product(s) line (business). Partners with sales and marketing management in the creation and implementation of strategies and tactics that meet or exceed the goals and objectives of the business. Leads and coordinates cross functional teams and outside consultants in designing and launching a number of key marketing initiatives including promotional, pricing and value-add programs as well as sales training initiatives. May directly manage Associate Product Directors and/or Product Directors in driving specific parts of the marketing plan within the scope of responsibility. Develops and executes comprehensive brand strategy, pricing strategy and other marketing plans(s) utilizing competitive intelligence, voice of customer and sound business analysis. Forecasts customer demand and participates in review of sales and demand forecasts as well as financial business planning. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 7 years of successful marketing experience in the medical device and/or pharmaceutical market required; Sales experience a plus. Healthcare brand management experience required. Global experience preferred Demonstrated strong strategic approach, business acumen and analytical skills required. Regional marketing experience a plus. Success as a leader and team player; able to interact and lead at various levels within an organization required. Experience developing broad scale Marketing Strategies and executing them at the customer level required. Demonstrated customer focus and strong relationship building skills with administrative and physician customers required. Clear understanding of the product commercialization process required.
