Global Clinical Leader - Women's Health (or Endocrinology or Internal Medicine) - M.D. Required: My client, a large pharmaceutical company based in northern New Jersey, takes pride in knowing that their work is an affirmation of life.  It stems from their commitment to advance patient care and to shape the future of medicine.  It also connects them to the many lives they serve in their therapeutic areas of expertise, including Women's Health.  They are a global research-based pharmaceutical company with a purpose of bringing diagnostic and therapeutic innovations to the healthcare community.  With a vast global network and a robust product pipeline, as well as US revenues exceeding $2.5 billion, they offer the opportunity for career fulfillment and the chance to make life the best it can be.   At this organization, you will find an environment that celebrates diversity and welcomes the open exchange of ideas and individual perspectives.  They also support work/life balance! I am currently seeking an M.D. to join this organization as Global Clinical Leader in their Women's Healthcare group.  Will consider docs with focus in women's health, endocrinology or internal medicine, however women's health (ob/gyn) is definitely a major plus! TITLE:   Global Clinical Leader - Women's HealthcareSALARY RANGE:  up to $200,000 - $275,000kish base, plus bonus  (target 20% short-term incentive as well as 20% target long-  term incentive)RELOCATION: Yes RESPONSIBILITIES: The Global Clinical Development Leader will be responsible for all strategic (phase II-III) and operational clinical development activities for development projects (phase II - III) or clinical life-cycle management activities for marketed products.   Leads the Global Clinical Development (GCD) Team, a cross functional, multi-national team of internal experts through clinical phase II - III trials, global product registration, and ICMP trials supporting product life cycle optimization In consultation with relevant key disciplines, prepares the Clinical Development Plan (CDP), including an operational plan with high level resource planning (timelines, budget and manpower) Responsible for the on-going risk-benefit assessment of a compound until approval in a main country Analyzes incoming clinical data, relevant medical and scientific information and initiates actions or decisions as appropriate Provides medical expertise to Global Strategic Marketing (for marketed products) and Strategic New Product Marketing (for development projects) and defines together with the Marketing Manager the publication strategy Contributes to Opinion Leader development and publications strategy with implementation detail.
