Position: Clinical Study Manager

Job Responsibilities, Challenges, Expectations, and Deliverables:

 Provide strategic and tactical planning within the Clinical Research domain.Manage and provide direction to CRA’s, monitors, and CRO’s to evaluate their site performanceResponsible for managing all aspects if international clinical trials from study start-up through close-out with operations and project management functionsCross-functional management/participationTraining, budget management, resource allocation, timelines, etc.

Experiences, Skills, Accomplishments and Qualities Desired:

 BS/BA degree in a scientific or life sciences area of study is preferred.2-7 years of experience gained with a CRO or Pharmaceutical Company working on Phase I - IV clinical studies.Multiple therapeutic areas are acceptable.Experience managing CROs/monitors.Budgeting, timeline/resource management, and contract negotiation experience.Protocol and CRF review.  You do not need to have written protocols.
