Global Organizational Development Program Manager (259788-560)

The Global Organizational Development Program Manager will develop, implement, and support Organizational Development curriculum, initiatives and communications in support of business objectives and Leadership Plan. This role will work with functional leadership and team members to define and implement appropriate activities to meet regional US/Non-US training and organizational needs.


1. Collaborates with OD Director, Senior Management and Human Resources to ensure alignment of all Learning and Development initiatives with corporate strategy and vision.

2. Conduct all phases of the instructional design process to develop and deliver training materials. Plans, organizes and develops training curricula, materials and programs to meet specific training needs, including elearning.

3. Manage, design and delivery web based training to ensure effective and efficient delivery of training curriculum to virtual learners. Develops online course content, written materials and presentations.

3. Works with Internal Communications team to ensure proper branding of all instructional materials. Manages the development and distribution of marketing communication. Includes print and online communications.

4. Evaluates OD systems to assure alignment with needs and report data to provide measurement and feedback to leadership.

5. Acts as internal consultant to assess learning and development needs. Tracks and analyzes training programs by examining learner satisfaction levels, proficiency testing and job performance. Develops and implements evaluation metrics for in-house and vendor-developed courses. Uses data to generate reports.

6. Develops and maintains relationships with subject matter experts, vendors, external business partners and internal employees.

7. Functions as subject matter expert in project management activities

8. Overall responsibility for flawless implementation of OD/L&D programs.

9. Facilitates programs and OD processes as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, learning and development or related field, Master’s degree preferred, and/or related experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in training/learning and development with progressive responsibilities
• Minimum of two (2) years experience facilitating face-to-face instruction
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills. Experience in a variety of instructional media, including print, online and face-to-face
• Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills. Proven ability to conceptualize, develop and implement compelling communication plans and deliverables
