In fact, the Lean initiative is in its infancy at our Porterville manufacturing site, and we're now seeking a Manufacturing Group Manager who can support the planning and implementation of Lean Six Sigma improvement activities within the production groups at Porterville and optimize manufacturing for Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) products.

Overseeing nearly half of the organization, you'll build relationships with a wide range of cross-functional teams, including Technical Operations and Materials Management, expertly interacting with all levels of staff ranging from executive management to hourly workers. You'll keep an eye on the big-picture and maintain razor-sharp attention to details in a fast-paced, vertically integrated environment as you help us meet and exceed our monthly production of 2,000 different PCBAs with nearly 25,000 parts.

If you have 7-10 years experience in contract or electronic manufacturing environments with solid expertise in MRP/CRP, Lean, Six Sigma, JIT, Kanban, GMP and manufacturing workflow, we invite you to read more and submit your resume. . .
