Human Resource Administrator- Job #2008B1DL

This position is responsible for providing support to the Human Resource Development department in the areas of employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and training in compliance with applicable federal and state legislation.  Additionally, this position assists in the administering of benefit and incentive programs including program eligibility, billing, claims inquiries, enrollment and entry into electronic databases.  Requires a minimum of 3+ years experience working in HR Administration (5+ years preferred).  Experience in HRIS, Crystal Reports, and Ceridian Source 500 a plus.  Related Bachelors and/or HR certification highly desired.  Experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industries is a plus, but not required.
