Two positions: One supports QA/QC, Supply Chain and Drug Safety groups. The other supports Production, Packaging, Engineering Services and PDTS groups.
Job Functions:
Under the direction and guidance of the Director of HR, provide the full range of HR support and services for 4 separate locations.
As HR Generalist the incumbent will be responsible or recruitment, policy administration and communication, employee relations including conducting investigations and facilitating complaint resolutions, client counseling regarding improving all levels of employee productivity and morale and general organization projects as assigned.
Provide general counsel and support to client groups regarding HR policies and practices, especially as it pertains to department staff meeting their established business goals and objectives. Attend and actively participate in client staff meetings and other plant site sessions as required.
Analyze trends in turn-over, hiring promotions, separations, and formal complaints. Deliver required employee training and indoctrination programs including NEO, sexual harassment, FMLA, and related HR training and development programs.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related major.
· Minimum of 3-7 years Human Resources generalist experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology. Must have experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
· Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communications (oral and written) and consulting skills required.
· Able to develop relationships and influence at all levels within an organization. Excellent medication/intervention and problem solving skills.
· Demonstrated HR processes and practices expertise especially in employee relations.
· Excellent knowledge of recruiting processes, employment laws and practices, FMLA regulations, immigration.
· Demonstrated ability to set priorities and manage a variety of tasks. Well organized.
· Demonstrated ability to work through complex business issues and quickly identify required HR interventions.
· Knowledge and skills in business hardware and software applications, with a heavy concentration in SAP a plus.
