We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join our team as an HVAC Technician.

 

The HVAC Technician will pperform routine repairs and maintenance on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems including air distribution machinery, pneumatic and digital controls, steam, hot water and chilled water distribution systems.

 

High school diploma or equivalent; at least 5 years of trades experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified; and HVAC License (for working with refrigerant) required. 

 

Must demonstrate expertise in: HVAC installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance; refrigerant recovery; HVAC and associated systems employing local or computer-based monitoring and control devices; mechanical equipment, plumbing, utilities, distribution systems and controls, including its maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary.  Ability to read, to understand, to follow, and enforce safety procedures required.

 

Must have a valid drivers’ license and provide their own vehicle.
