The position offers an individual the opportunity to join the H&B new technology research and development group.

The focus of this position is to source new technology/raw ingredients; evaluate the discoveries and present the findings to internal program directors.  This information will be used to direct the current and future direction within the H&B product category.  This position is entrepreneurial in nature and will require working closely with various internal sectors.

 

Qualifications:

-MBA plus BS in science/technical field

-5-10 years experience in nutrition or cosmetic product development

-Solid understanding of marketing, financial and business aspects of technology  development

-Familiarity with intellectual property issues

-Excellent communication skills a must
