GLC Associates is looking for a Self Motivated and Dedicated Recruiter/Account Executive for our growing Pharmacy or Nursing Division.

General Description
Under the direction of the Manager, the Recruiter is primarily responsible for recruiting health care professionals with the goal of fulfilling permanent orders from clients. 

Representative Duties
1. Develop new sources of qualified candidates

2. Pre-screen candidates

3. Coordinates interviews, orientation and schedule for the candidate and facility

4. Enter current and prospective candidates information into the database as needed

5. Maintain documentation of candidate activity and job orders

6. Assist in other areas as the need and opportunity indicates

7. Prepare weekly activity report and goal sheets

Qualifications
Any combination of education and/or experience, which provides the required skill and knowledge for successful performance.Typical qualifications would be equivalent to the following:
1. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

2. Strong sales and customer skills

3. A minimum of 1 years experience in recruiting and sales preferred

4. Excellent customer service experience with ability to initiate and continue professional relationships

5. Computer literacy

6. Organized work habits

7. Detail oriented

8. Ability to interact successfully with others in the workplace (internally and externally)

9. Ability to successfully multi-task
