Position Responsibilities:Develops and executes a territory business plan; sells and promotes the Bio-Rad product line to meet territory sales goals for assigned region; identifies and develops new client opportunities; responsible for prioritizing project planning, meeting competing customer requests/deadlines, and organized territory management Develops and demonstrates a thorough understanding of selling skills, sales forecasting, and budget tracking; monitors and evaluates competitive services, pricing and other activitiesDelivers oral and written communications in a coherent manner; works in conjunction with marketing and other sales teams to develop and implement sales and marketing plansRecognizes and demonstrates Bio-Rad's complete commitment to customer satisfaction by providing prompt resolutions of customer problems or concerns; understands and upholds the Bio-Rad quality policyTakes ownership of personal development and continuous learning; attends required sales training, seminars, and tradeshows Position Requirements: Preferred applicants will possess the following: Desire to be a leader in biotechnology and healthcare MBA degreeStrong quantitative skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to produce results while working with multiple projects under tight deadlinesDemonstrated ability to operate effectively with diverse professionals in a team environmentThis is a home based position that requires extensive travel - overnight travel is required. A company vehicle is included with this position. Reporting Relationship:Position reports to the Regional Sales ManagerCompensation:We reward our employees with an industry competitive salary and commission structure commensurate with experience and obtaining target objectives. A leased vehicle is included with the Account Manager position.
