Hospital/ Medical Sales Consultant – Washington DC/ Baltimore

Eloquest Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Hospital Sales Consultant for the Institutional Sales Division for the Washington DC/ Baltimore territory. Candidates must currently reside near the Washington DC or Baltimore areas (Relocation is not available for this area).

 

Consultants will manage hospitals, ancillary facilities and targeted physicians in assigned territory in accordance with marketing plans, promotional strategies and company policies. Will gain formulary acceptance and department utilization of products by working effectively with members of hospital P&T committees, purchasing departments, physicians and nurses.  Increasing sales products and gain market share with the ultimate goal of greater profitability for Eloquest Healthcare

This highly visible position is responsible for promoting our medical/surgical and pharmaceutical products to the hospital market.

We provide an intensive training program designed to prepare you to effectively promote our products.

Requirements
Successful candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of documented outside business to business sales success, preferably with tangible products (i.e. office equipment, copiers, information systems). Overnight travel is required. Excellent organization and proven ability to prioritize work scheduled & self-motivate. Must be able to lift 20-25 lbs.
