Human Resource Manager

Help make the growing enterprise a success by locating top talent and coaching staff in a startup environment. Foster a culture of rapid implementation and entrepreneurial spirit. Responsible for execution of HR initiatives in employment practices, HR communications, performance management, recruiting, development and staff relations. Position must work with other managers to formulate company strategy and to match company strategy to HR and recruiting activities.

Requirements
Entrepreneurial focus and ability to constructive contribute to start-up strategy and development. Strong desire to build a business and make something new.

5 years of combined managerial experience supervising salaried staff.  At least 2 years of this experience must include HR management responsibilities (e.g.,recruiting, performance management, coaching and mentoring, training, compensation, promotion).

4 Year degree required.

Additional Qualities:

2 years of biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience

HR Professional Certification (eg.,PHR/SPHR/SHRM)
