Seek a take-charge, get things done, HR Generalist who will drive all human resource functions.  Ideal candidate will offer deep and broad understanding of recruiting & retention, employee relations, performance evaluations and compensation.  A true multi-tasker who is able to interact with all levels.  Must have the ability to work independently in a diverse environment and possess excellent relationship-building skills.  Seek someone who enjoys consulting with employees & executives daily to uncover their needs and develop cohesiveness.

 

Role will be multi-faceted and will include:

-championing the entire recruitment and selection program

-conducting sophisticated training & retention programs

-liaising with executives, employees & corporate office

-cultivating trusting and far-reaching relationships

-extensive travel between Buffalo and corporate headquarters in Danbury, CT
