Human Resources Benefits Administration - Manager

Research Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. (RPS) is seeking an experienced HR Benefits Administrator/Manager to join its growing Human Resources team! 

 

What we want:  A seasoned HR candidate for a position in Human Resources focussing on employee benefits.  This position is responsible for assisting with the designing, planning, and implementation of employee benefit and compensation programs and related policies and procedures.This position is also responsible for benefits administration, processing and maintenance of employee benefit programs, and will function as a liaison between third-party brokers, benefit vendors and our employees.

 

Responsibilities will include reviewing existing programs, offering suggestions for modifications, and ensuring achievement of competitive market position, as well as other goals identified by RPS.This position is responsible for ensuring that programs meet our employees needs, comply with legal requirements, and are cost effective. This position is expected to help ensure that the compensation and benefits programs offered by RPS both enhance our organization's ability to attract and recruit and to retain employees.Responsibilities also include development of competitive programs in international markets, focusing on global HR practices. 

 

What we expect:  A motivated, hands-on, and flexible personality.  A team-oriented individual.  A bachelor's degree in a related area is required, and candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in the Human Resources field, with exposure to benefits and comp.Ideal candidate will have knowledge of global HR practices and international employee benefits experience.  Candidates must be familiar with standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures, and must be able to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and successfully accomplish goals. Must be willing to perform a variety of tasks.
