Human Resources Coordinator Work Location: Frisco, TXShifts: Not ApplicablePositions Available: 1Position Summary Under general direction of the designated leader in Human Resources assists with paperwork, follow-up, and other administrative aspects for all human resources related functions within the local ABSG division or functional area with particular emphasis on payroll processing. Responsible for highly-confidential and time-sensitive material. Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports. Primary Duties and Responsibilities 1. Manages the payroll process and ensure paperwork is completed in a timely fashion and error-free. Responsible for payroll reports and verification, and commission and bonus reports, as needed.2. Completes all required forms and notifications for various Human Resources related information such as; new hire, change of address, terminations and salary increases.3. Responsible for all Incentive plan coordination and acts as the ABSG Finance liason4. Drafts all reports/logs and associated documentation required for compliance and completion of Affirmative Action plans.5. Manage Time Off Bank tracking for all associates.6. Ensures associate benefits information is processed.7. Disseminates quarterly random drug screening materials.8. Responsible for the planning and execution of annual flu shot program for ABSG associates9. Maintains various personnel related records and files such as vacation and overtime logs, Kronos time management and payroll reporting, on-call schedule and pay, and HR payroll system data entry.10. Participates in HR conference calls as scheduled.11. Performs related duties as assigned. Experience and Education Requirements Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor’s degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires 3 – 5 years HR related experience with emphasis on payroll processing, data entry and extraction. Background in healthcare, pharmacy or distribution preferred. Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements Knowledge of HR practices in labor law, compensation and benefits Strong analytical thinking skills with strong detail orientation Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team environment Excellent customer service skills Ability to multi-task; versatile Strong organizational and planning skills; attention to detail Must have strong computer skills. Specifically Excel and any HRIS system.
