HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR

 

 

The WorkPlace Group, Inc., (WPG) a Talent Acquisition and Assessment Company is partnered with Fisher Clinical Services, a BioPharma Services Division business within Thermo Fisher Scientific (New York Stock Exchange: TMO) and a global leader in clinical supplies services to the pharmaceutical industry.  Fisher Clinical Services is seeking qualified applicants for Director Human Resources based out of Allentown PA.

 

The Human Resources Director is responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting all HR functions of the organization as well as providing strategic planning and analytical support to the General Manager and all North American operations in accordance with the policies and practices of the organization and regulatory requirements. The Director is also an important member of the BioPharma Division’s HR Leadership Team and a strategic member of the Executive Leadership team.

 

Requirements:

·  Bachelor’s degree, Master’s Degree a plus

·  Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience across all areas of Human Resources

·  5 years experience in strategic HR leadership roles

·  Minimum of 3 years experience managing a team

·  PHR/SPHR certification preferred

 

Skills and Experience:

·  Successful candidates should be self-directed, flexible, and effective in engaging and motivating others and possess superior reasoning and problem solving skills.

·  Candidates should possess strong decision making skills, high level of discernment, strategic planning and sound technical and analytical skills, excellent judgment and a strong operational focus.
