Job Title: INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WITH OUTSIDE SALES

 

Salary:

First year income dependent on experience: Total compensation (base salary and commission) $65,000-$90,000 based on meeting and exceeding sales quotas and driving usage of Polymedco products within existing accounts. Our sales representatives are paid an excellent first year base income with a substantial incentive commission program.


 

Company Introduction:

Polymedco is an international sales and marketing company specializing in laboratory and physician office diagnostic testing equipment. Our market focus is mainly large medical systems including National, Regional, Hospital and Physician Group Labs. We have experienced significant growth in the last few years due to our ability to acquire unique technologies and successfully market them.

 

Education Required:

Successful sales representative must possess a 4-year degree.

 

Minimum Requirements:

Top performer with inside sales experience is highly desired. Many of our successful sales representatives come to us with inside sales experience in areas outside of the medical industry. A proven track record of top performance must be documented. We require a positive attitude and a sense of urgency, along with sufficient work ethic to achieve the desired results. Excellent oral and written skills, time management skills, team player, self-motivated, responsible and achievement motivated. Must be comfortable developing sales in a timely manner.

Other Desirable Skills and Experience:


Our products and services are lab and chemistry based, and in some cases, complex. Consequently, we require that you possess strong analytical ability. We value experience that you have (educational or practical) that demonstrates this.


Job Description:


Our Inside Account Executives build long-term relationships with healthcare institutions nationwide and bring value to these practices by introducing them to some of the leading diagnostic testing kits and equipment in the industry. This role has two main functions.



The primary responsibility of this position will be to sell a variety of Polymedco products via the phone either directly or through distribution channels within an assigned territory. Your main focus would be on creating new customers and selling additional products to existing Polymedco customers.



Responsibilities would also include the development and growth of relationships with decision makers, key physicians, and thought leaders within the territory. A minimum of four nights of travel per month would likely be required following the completion of training. Employees in this role are responsible for assisting in the successful implementation of new products within very large laboratories through various means. These avenues include, but are not limited to, educating, in-servicing, and interfacing with physicians, nurses, clinic administrators, laboratory personnel, etc. who are affiliated with large hospitals, medical groups and healthcare systems that are currently utilizing Polymedco assays.
