Analyse non-standard problems; develop technical solutions to meet each problem. Perform user training, work with other IT teams to develop and implement solutions. Provide support to hardware, software or application deployment efforts. Work IT HelpDesk to analyse and develop solutions to on-going problems. Develop documentation for user community and other IT departments. Perform system/hardware upgrades; develop desktop/laptop software images and standards. Work with IT project teams to develop solutions to strategic initiatives. Perform PC support tasks as required. Strong hardware/software knowledge of MS Office products, Novell, Windows, remote access, imaging software and hardware. Internet, E-mail TCP/IP.
