IT Director, Program Management - (Job Number: 0805356) DescriptionIT Global Finance is seeking an IT Director of Program Management in Bridgewater, NJ. The Ideal candidate will lead the program/project team that is responsible for the delivery of IT solutions that will help enable the Global Finance Shared Service Strategy. The person will also be responsible for driving the creation, implementation and monitoring of IT GF's portfolio and project management processes. The IT Director, Program Management will work in conjunction with the IT Program and Portfolio Organization which has responsibility for the Enterprise portfolio and also with Global Services organization that has responsibility for the Enterprise SDLC. Working with the Enterprise teams the individual will ensure that we can work seamlessly both within IT GF and with our other IT partners. To help IT GF be very effective the individual will also be responsible ensuring that IT GF teams are all trained in the required processes and are complying with the use of these processes. With this the individual would be required to benchmark and apply some industry best practices to drive The IT Director of Program Management will partner with Business Partners to ensure we have processes to manage delivery of the IT GF portfolio. This role requires a leader who has experience and expertise with leading IT teams to peak levels of performance, acting as a positive and influential change agent. This leader will oversee the day-to-day activities of the team members and will drive effective governance to ensure appropriate resources, scope is focused, as appropriate & minimizes/mitigates program risks. A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. An MBA degree is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of Information Technology experience is required with at least 5 years of people management experience. A minimum of 8 years of experience in a critical IT leadership role is required. Recent hands- on experience in delivering ERP solutions across an enterprise environment is required. Knowledge of the Finance business process and demonstrated experience interacting with and influencing senior management is required. Experience with SAP is preferred. Portfolio Management experience on the Clarity tool is required. Experience with anticipating and capturing evolving customer needs, balanced with strategy/goals of the organization while ensuring on time, on budget, compliant deliverables are achieved is required. Testing, Computer System Validation and compliance experience is required. The demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple successful large-scale IT projects is required. Deep process, application and IT knowledge are required. The ability to work with cross-functional and corporate teams is required. PMI Certification is preferred.
