IT Lead - (Job Number: 0805949) DescriptionJohnson & Johnson Consumer Products Company, a Division of Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies, Inc. are recruiting for an Information Management Lead, located in Morris Plains, Skillman, Raritan, NJ or Fort Washington, PA. The Information Technology Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering project solutions to specified requirements on schedule and within budget following organizational IM methodologies. The incumbent must have a demonstrated track record for leading and delivering multiple assignments concurrently that will deliver customer valued solutions of medium to high complexity supporting the Regulatory & Content Management (R&CM) space. The Information Technology Lead should have the ability to work independently, understand the relationship between technology & business and translate business requirements into viable project options. Other responsibilities will include: Maintain high operational service levels for R&CM systems; Comply with computer validation; Monitor and comply with corporate audit/security guidelines; Collaborate with R&D clients during planning and deployment of global R&D systems; Manage projects budgets; Perform resource distribution; Interview contractors to ensure projects are staffed appropriately; Provide input into R&CM road maps based on industry knowledge and awareness; The Information Technology Lead will need to effectively communicate all aspects of the project to various levels of management, work with internal and external departments to remediate application performance issues related to but not limited to the application, the network, and the servers. The incumbent will provide input to performance evaluation and development planning for junior team members as well as provide written and verbal communication such as status reports, progress reports and documentation to Information Technology management and business partners. The Information Technology Lead will actively participate on committees representing inter/intra IT organizations and interface with suppliers and vendors to evaluate software, hardware, or services to make recommendations. A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. A minimum of 5 years of Information Technology experience is required. IT project management experience and/or experience with or knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is required. Experience implementing Content Management systems following a defined SDLC is preferred. In-depth knowledge of GxP and Computer Systems Validation is required. Knowledge of Documentum Versions 5.3 and above is preferred. Experience with XML is required. Knowledge of the following technologies is preferred: .NET, Java, HTML and MS Sharepoint. Experience working in Life Sciences, Content Management or a Regulated environment is preferred. Knowledge of industry electronic publishing software, e.g. Docubridge, CoreDossier, ISI Toolbox is preferred. Knowledge of Windows 2003, XP, or VISTA is preferred. PMP certification is preferred. Approximately 10% of local, domestic and international travel is required for this position.
