IT Lead (Relationship Interactive Marketing) - (Job Number: 0802542) DescriptionJohnson & Johnson Consumer Companies Inc, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for an IT Lead, Relationship and Interactive Marketing (Beauty) located in Skillman, NJ. The IT Lead, Relationship and Interactive Marketing (RIM) is responsible for managing the execution and delivery of RIM project(s) and program(s) for the Beauty Global Business Unit. The Beauty East GBU includes brands such as: Clean & Clear, Aveeno, RoC, Ambi, Purpose and Lubriderm. The IT Lead, Relationship and Interactive Marketing will take an organizational and strategic approach to managing RIM programs for the Beauty GBU. He/she will be responsible for all aspects of Program/Project Management including: managing the projects/programs to ensure that the objectives are met, on-time, on-budget and on-quality; The successful candidate requires understanding of relationship marketing and interactive marketing (digital and CRM), Web 2.0, industry landscape and consumer requirements in the digital space to be able to provide subject matter expertise while working with Brand Marketing business partners and BRD/BRMs. This includes understanding usage and opportunities for consumer engagement with current and emerging media/channels like social networking sites (e.g. YouTube, MySpace, Facebook, SecondLife), mobile, RSS, blogs, message boards, advergaming, etc. The successful candidate needs to be a leader and champion to drive results while partnering and influencing the marketing teams, creative agencies, BRD/BRMs in the development of the appropriate RIM program strategy. This includes providing guidance to support brand goals in the areas of: Digital and CRM program objectives, target segmentation, online and offline media tactics, acquisition strategy, email campaign, etc. The IT Lead, Relationship and Interactive Marketing is responsible for the success of RIM project(s) / program(s) for the Beauty GBU. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Marketing Systems team, other internal groups (WICO, Legal, Compliance, Sales, etc) and third-party vendors (e.g. creative/interactive agencies) to deliver the project(s) / program(s). He/she will be responsible for the following: Partner with Marketing to understand Business Requirements of RIM program(s)/project(s) including business objectives of the Brand; Provide key insights in the development of RIM program strategy (digital and CRM mission, vision and objectives, target segmentation, media tactics, consumer experience, campaign management, acquisition strategy, etc); Establish key metrics to determine program success; Manage the expectations of the project sponsors and other team members; Partner with Vendors (e.g. creative marketing agencies): Determine the right services and deliverables that should be provided based on the business needs; Partner with Marketing Systems team to get hosting recommendations for websites, tools for new functionality; Plan, estimate and manage effort and costs of technical work needed; Coordinate efforts in line with the "bigger picture" to maximize the overall value of IT service delivery to the business and Identify risks and understand the technical and business impacts of those risks. A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. A minimum of 5 years of Information Technology and/or Marketing experience is required. Experience in any of the following areas is required: Marketing/Interactive Marketing including: Consumer Relationship Management, Online Media Planning, Business Planning, Product Knowledge, Advertising, Search Engine Marketing/Optimization, B2B/B2C). Interactive Marketing is required. Experience in Consumer Package Goods/Consumer Healthcare industry is preferred. Professional experience/in-depth understanding of any of the following is preferred: Web 2.0 best practices including consumer generated content, blogs, message boards, social networking media/sites including: YouTube, Facebook, Myspace, implementation of SEO and SEM. Experience with creating and maintaining digital marketing campaigns is preferred. Knowledge of current web technologies, hosting, multimedia, interactive marketing, e-commerce and ability to learn and apply new technologies is preferred. Project Management experience specifically digital and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) programs, using formal project management methodology, techniques and tools is required. Experience working and managing third-party vendors is preferred. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products is required. Knowledge of the following technologies is preferred: .net, ASP, HTML, Flash, Database Management. This position is based in Skillman, NJ but require approximately 15% domestic travel.
