ZLB Plasma is looking for qualified healthcare professionals that will help identify, screen and prepare eligible plasma donors. We are looking for Medical Reception, Phlebotomy, Nurses (LVNs, LPNs, RNs), Paramedics, Physicians, Compliance/Quality Specialists and Management positions.  Both part time and full time positions may be available. IT Support Technician ZLB Plasma, one of the world's largest collectors and suppliers of non-specific and specialty antibody products has an excellent opportunity now available for IT Support Technicians.ZLB Plasma is looking for IT Support Technicians for a temporary assignment in our Boca Raton, FL location.   Responsibilities include troubleshooting, phone/email support and case follow-up for 70 sites and remote employees. Full site support will include network and telecomm. IT Support technicians will work with:  Windows XP Windows 2k Active Directory Outlook Clients w/Exchange email system  Candidate will be trained on their custom applications Requirements3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk experience Excellent customer service skills Must CLOSE all tickets Ability to work in a fast paced environment This position is a 3 month to 1 year temporary project. Technicians will work either 5 eight hour shifts or 4 ten hour shifts Monday-Friday 6am to 10pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am-7pm .  Weekend work is required. Weekend work rotates depending upon how shifts are set up.No Agencies Please.
