IT Technology Manager, Governance - (Job Number: 0804555) DescriptionITIS, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for an ITGF Governance Manager. The ITGF Governance Manager will manage the partnership with IT and Finance stakeholders to drive timely decision-making processes. The incumbent will also work with the overall program leads to provide technical, strategic and operational management of the governance councils and serve as an integral and participating member of the ITGF-GFSS team. This role requires a leader who has experience and expertise with leading cross functional teams, acting as a positive and influential change agent. This leader will drive effective governance processes to ensure scope is focused, and will ensure a robust approach to communications to enable organizational alignment with the group's strategies. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or Finance is required. An MBA degree is preferred. A minimum of 7 years of IT or related experience is required. Recent hands- on experience in developing or driving governance processes across an enterprise environment is highly desirable. Experience with SAP is desirable, but not required. This leader must ensure alignment of the Corporate Finance and IT strategies and possess the ability to work with cross-functional and corporate teams is required. Apply Now
