Implementation Project Coordinator - Part Time

Implementation Project Coordinator – Part Time In this role you will work with the sales force to maximize the value of Hospira’s products and services in the healthcare setting. Our products save lives by increasing patient safety, improving clinical practices and optimizing asset utilization. You will be jointly accountable (alongside field sales) for the performance of all assigned implementations.Other Responsibilities: Coach and assist the local sales team in the implementation process Tailor and help refine template project management deliverables and implementation approaches to specific customer implementations Manage and measure implementation progress and work to ensure timely and successful customer implementations Assign resources and assist in ensuring that all resources are obtained Coordinate and assist in resolving issues and risks which arise during implementations Facilitate completion and/or assist in development of implementation deliverables Oversee performance metrics to ensure timely and profitable implementations. Coordinate project logisticsTo be successful in this position, you must possess: Minimum of 3+ years experience in the Healthcare industry Sales experience is desirable Clinical, PharmD, Nursing and/or I.T. degree is required Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills Detail orientation and project management experience Please Note: We are seeking individuals that reside in Boston, Maryland, New York or Philadelphia areas primarily, but the location of this position is flexible.Our people make Hospira an organization of stature, and we’re proud of our accomplishments.
