Implementation Project Lead In this role you will work with customers to maximize the value of Hospira’s products and services in the healthcare setting. Our products save lives by increasing patient safety, improving clinical practices and optimizing asset utilization. You will be accountable for the customer experience and performance of all assigned implementations.Other Responsibilities: Ensureall implementations are within predefined targets Set customer expectations, manage scope and the change order process Identify and manage risks Manage project profitability within predefined targets Oversee customer satisfaction within targets Build strong relationships with customers and Hospira’s sales force Manage multiple cross functional teams of Hospira and customer resourcesPlease Note: This position will be supporting the West Coast territory.To be successful in this position, you must possess: Clinical, PharmD, Nursing and/or I.T. degree is required; Advanced degree is a plus Minimum of 3-5 years direct experience as team member of a large cross-functional project within a Hospital setting 2+ years consulting or sales experience in the Healthcare industry Experience leading several small projects Familiarity with statement of work creation, estimations, scope definition, project planning, budgeting, cost and time management and resource plans/forecasts Excellent communications skills Strong presentation, interpersonal and teamwork skills Willingness to travel up to 40% of the timeOur people make Hospira an organization of stature, and we’re proud of our accomplishments.
