In-house CRA

Seeking In-house CRA (Country Clinical Operations Associate) for a pharmaceutical company located in Nutley, New Jersey

Therapeutic Area: Virology

 

Specific experience:

·  2 years minimum of monitoring/ industry experience as a Clinical Research Associate. 

·  Looking for candidates with pharmaceutical industry experience.

 



Relevant therapeutic area experience preferred:

·  Solid experience working as an in-house CRA for pharma company or CRO

·  Monitoring experience a plus

·  In-depth understanding of ICH/GCP

·  Hands on experience with study startup activities

·  Hands on experience with data review, data discrepancy management, database locks

·  Strong communication skills; ability to interact effectively with many different personalities, non-collocated team members, etc.

·  Good critical reasoning skills - able to think through problems, identify issues and determine possible solutions.
