ETHICON, Inc. develops and markets products within three divisions: Ethicon Products for wound closure and tissue repair; Johnson & Johnson Wound Management with biosurgical technologies to manage intra-operative bleeding and postoperative leaking, as well as advanced wound care products; and Ethicon Women's Health & Urology with minimally invasive gynecological and urological solutions in stress urinary incontinence, pelvic floor repair and uterine disorders. Ethicon Women's Health and Urology is dedicated to providing innovative, minimally invasive treatments for common urologic and women's health conditions. The division offers solutions for enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia); female stress urinary incontinence; pelvic floor repair; post-surgical adhesions; heavy periods (menorrhagia); and benign uterine conditions, such as fibroids and polyps. www.ethiconinc.com The sales representative will be assigned a sales territory focusing on the expansion of Ethicon Women's Health and Urology full line of products and to convert competitive products in a manner that is commensurate with company policy and sales direction.In this role, the Sales Representative will be trained to understand and demonstrate proper use of our products to clinicians. The ability to travel as necessary (potentially overnight and/or weekend) is required. The ability to work in a lab or an operating room environment is also required. It is preferred that candidates have documented successful sales performance (ie. high growth, results vs. plan). The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong time management and planning skills, have the ability to target accounts and achieve results through a daily action plan, and be able to collaborate with other J&J associates (peers, marketing, Strategic Account Managers, etc.), external companies, and key opinion leaders. Medical device sales experience, in an operating room environment, is preferred, but not required. Preference will be given to candidates living within 30 miles of the posted territory.
