Job Description Industrial/OEM Project Specialist We are seeking someone to join our team and be responsible for the management of Industrial & OEM product projects/new customers including all functions associated with its day-to-day project coordination. These responsibilities include working with the Director, Remel Products, MPD, DCM and OE, Director of Operations, Marketing and Sales personnel on the development, implementation and management of business plans, strategies, and tactics that enable the organization to meet or exceed marketing goals in bringing new Industrial and OEM customers on board to Remel, Inc. Position Highlights: - Coordinate and facilitate with Marketing to drive the development, testing and launch of products for existing and new Industrial and OEM customers.- Responsible for coordination and implementation of appropriate manufacturing processes, testing procedures and distribution logistics to support current and new Industrial/OEM customers and related products, both current and new product launches.- Participate as an active member of both the Quality Review Board in the resolution of product and process problems.- Serve as a resource for information to Operations and Marketing on Industrial and OEM products as it relates to development, performance issues, and availability issues.- Report manufacturing challenges and the status of product resolution to the Marketing group as needed.- Responsible for acting as a liaison between Remel Inc. and the marketplace by establishing strong working relationships with both customers and field sales. Skills, Education and Experience Qualifications: - Possess BA/BS in microbiology, biology, or related scientific discipline.- 3-5 years experience in the production or marketing of microbiology products or other medical devices with project management experience.- Understand applicable ISO and regulatory standards to medical device field.- Ability to manage and plan multiple projects- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and knowledge of MS Project.
