We assess our client's current technology needs and assist with systems design and implementation to improve both enterprise-wide integration and profitability.  Through our long-term partnerships with many of the world's leading technology companies we can offer extremely cost effective implementation to our clients.  Deloitte Consulting's Technology Integration (TI) offerings include:  - Systems Development - Business Integration & Optimization - Platform Architecture & Infrastructure - Information Management - IT Strategy & Management  Information Management Deloitte Consulting's Information Management (IM) Service Area designs, develops, and implements systems and processes to capture, integrate and distribute information in an enterprise.  Our specific service offerings within the IM area include: - Information Strategy & Architecture - Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence - Enterprise Portals - Enterprise Content Management  A Senior Lead at Deloitte Consulting LLP will successfully advise and lead large, complex teams or efforts in their area(s) of specialization.  Senior Leads direct the largest and most complex assignments within engagements, regularly demonstrate thought leadership, and leverage their depth of technical experience to lead areas of complex projects and initiatives.   Senior Leads apply significant technical and leadership experience to ensure successful delivery of complex projects, lead project risk assessments and define deliverable acceptance criteria, and balance client needs and demands with operational capabilities of Deloitte Consulting LLP. Senior Leads must have: - 10+ years IT consulting experience, preferably in a large-scale consulting environment. - Experience managing large teams (10-25 resources) through IT strategy initiatives, middleware implementations, application design and development while leveraging overall technical architecture knowledge. - Significant technical experience with J2EE or .NET or with enterprise applications such as Siebel, SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle, etc. - Proven client relationship building skills - Experience in supporting sales efforts - Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience with executive-level communication. - A willingness to travel nationally to client locations. A Senior Lead in the Information Management practice is expected to have the following overall IT and consulting expertise: - Development of statements of work and/or client proposals - Broad system level expertise across multiple computing platforms and technologies with the ability to influence direction around information management at the Enterprise Level - Organize knowledge transfer to clients - Develop and manage vendor relationships - Lead workshops for client education - Identify opportunities to add value to the client's organization by effective use of information management - Build relationships with CXOs and key stakeholders responsible for information and performance management in client's organization In addition, Senior Managers in the Information Management - Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence practice must have the following management/strategy capabilities and technical skills.   Management/Strategy Capabilities - Ability to scope out the effort and cost for an enterprise reporting solution - Ability to define how an enterprise information system will align with the organization's business and strategic objectives - Ability to manage multiple teams on a data warehousing engagement Technical Skills - To conceptualize, design and assist in the implementation of new and existing systems, middleware, data warehouse and production architectures - Identify and promote best practices and patterns for data modeling, and provide oversight for all activities related to data cleansing, data quality and data consolidation using standard data modeling methodologies and processes - Provide support on data quality components during the implementation of the solution architecture - Provide technical recommendations for optimized data access and retention for the data warehouse - Candidates must be willing to travel nationally to client locations Education: Bachelor's Degree; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred; 10-14 years of relevant work experienceAbout DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
