You will gain experience and understanding of commercial processes including Internet and Intranet, device tracking, sales force automation, contract pricing, order entry, rebate processing and Medicaid/Medicare reporting. Day-to-day activities will include meeting with business partners to define demand assist with collecting high level requirements and complete appropriate documentation for governance and road mapping exercise. You will play important role with IT and gain a good understanding of current business processes. Additionally, you will assist with the triage of ad hoc demand and request backlogs to enable RLMs to focus on value driving initiatives and Road mapping.To be successful in this position, you must possess: Academic exposure to critical thinking, business writing, organizational change management, analytics and reporting and the Microsoft desktop suite Business experience in any of the processes identified is highly desirable completion of first year of college prior to entering the program Excellent communication skills Please Note: Intern selection is competitive and based several factors including relevant coursework.Hospira offers an agile, yet balanced work culture and the types of compensation and benefits you'd expect from an industry leader.
