Information Technology Lead, Sales Solutions Technology - (Job Number: 0805900) DescriptionWorldwide Commercial Pharmaceuticals Information Technology, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is seeking an Information Technology Lead, Sales Solutions Technology, located in Titusville, Bridgewater, Raritan NJ or Horsham, PA. The Information Technology Lead, Sales Solutions Technology will be part of the Technology Strategy and Management Team that is responsible for the planning and execution of new technologies and technology processes to support North American Sales Solutions within world-wide commercial pharmaceuticals. This position will focus both on current-deployed solutions as well as future-state strategy. North American Sales Solutions supports over 5,000 end users in the US and Canada across field sales, contact centers, managed, markets, marketing and more. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: The Information Technology Lead, Sales Solutions Technology will be responsible for the following: Coordinate infrastructure activities (new hardware/software components to support technology initiatives) across development, operations, Information Technology Services (ITS) and application vendors (Siebel/Oracle, Skura, FCG, Genesys, etc); Define and optimize Sales Solutions application architecture; Partner with business and technology resources to evaluate and recommend architecture practices and technical solutions that enable the business process objectives; Project Manage upgrades, application/laptop image integration with the interlope lab, sizing efforts, performance management, and B2B implementations. Additionally, the Information Technology Lead, Sales Solutions Technology will be responsible for creating and managing infrastructure and architectural documentation applicable to the Sales Solutions application suite. The incumbent will be responsible for the oversight of vendors' deliverables and direct authorship responsibility and will serve as the technical liaison between Sales Solutions and key technical vendor partners. The Information Technology Lead, Sales Solutions Technology will benchmark technology solutions across J&J and the industry to identify and leverage and new opportunities. This person will participate in field deployments, review and approve Sales Solutions technical deliverables and drive support and transition plans to Sales Solutions Operations team for deployment of new capability. The Information Technology Lead, Sales Solutions Technology will provide written and verbal communication such as status reports, architecture deliverables, project documentation, and presentations to IT management and business partners as applicable A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. A minimum of 5 years of Information Technology experience is required. Knowledge and understanding of the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Familiarity with all aspects of software development lifecycle, including a focus on cross systems integration is required. Experience with Application Infrastructure/Architecture is required. Vendor Management skills are required. Project Management and project planning skills are required. Siebel/Oracle 7-8 experience is required. Siebel/Oracle technical certification(s) is preferred. Enterprise Database experience (Administration and Tuning) is preferred. Previous experience providing support to a sales organization is preferred. Experience with Adobe technologies (FLEX/AIR/LiveCycle) is preferred. Campus travel between Titusville, Raritan, Bridgewater, NJ and Horsham, PA is required.
