Interim Benefits Design Consultant

Continuiti is seeking a Senior Benefits Consultant to work directly with large, global organization. Will provide benefits policy design and review. Will provide diagnosis and recommendations on benefits-related policies, processes and practices. Will ensure that all policies are in compliance and are in line with HR best practices. Defines processes, interfaces with vendors and work directly with HRIS to ensure smooth transition and integration.

Position Requirement: 
- 10+ years in Benefits Design Role in Corporate HR Department
- Must be systems focused; SAP Preferred
- Partners effectively with HR partners and Line Managers to influence outcome
- Experience working with multi-system payroll, benefits and HRIS
- Systems integration experience
- Excellent Project Management skills

Rate DOE. 3 + month contract assignment. May consider flexible schedule.
